All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority 

Please note orders may take up to 3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. 

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number. Thank you for your purchase! We can't wait to see you style your #OfficialGirl pieces!

Rerouted Packages

If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned to us. 

If an address error is made please email OG within 5 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
